Well after 2 days of trying to get this to work and lots of cussing and throwing of things, we've given up hope. The manual surfbar and questionnaire will need to be contracted out.
I have some coding skills, enough to work the basics but this integration on this nasty old code is beyond the time I'm willing to spend on it. So we'll just let it slide for right now, but I assure you IT WILL HAPPEN, I want the system to be manual so that we can get a higher level of advertising for the membership.
Anyway we're about ready to relaunch here in a couple hours. We have just a few more settings to tweak and we'll be ready to go.
Here's what we've done so far.
As most of you are already aware, all the member levels and account cash have been set back to zero. We have an active backup of all member's information that we will use to process refunds as we move forward. So please don't ask about this. You will be refunded in due time.
All existing credits are still listed on your account. We've deleted all existing websites from the database and added those credits back into your main account. From here out you will only be able to ad URLS when you purchase or increase an Ad Buy. You can however allocate existing credits from your old buys which were stolen to your new Ad Buys. Simply follow the path here:
Control Panel-->Account Stats-->View Ad Buys-->Allocate Ads
This will allow you to allocate those old credits.
We will be adding some new sections as we move forward to include the AT shopping area for AT gear, a new forum, Banner ad purchase and ad placement for the new front side of the site plus more. As always these take a little time to do.
The frontend of this site will be edited over the next couple days to reflect the new terms, objectives, and misson statements along with some updated graphics. We WILL NOT be taking any new members for the first week so that we can fully test the system and work out any bugs.
